Striking Drills & Conditioning
$(5:00–5:30): Power & explosiveness circuit (squats, lunges, stationary bike, row machine, kicks-for-reps)
4:00–5:30 PM — Competition Drilling / Conditioning
Focus: Shadowboxing, bag flow, defensive drills, clinch entries, sweeps, pummeling Competition Team Add-on

5:30–7:00 PM — Muay Thai w/ Coach Jade
Technique, pad work, and partner drills (all levels)
Heavy emphasis on movement, rhythm, and control (not heavy sparring)
7:00–8:30 PM — Controlled Sparring / Conditioning
Muay Thai emphasis; light flow and play sparring rounds with coaching feedback
Heavy emphasis on movement, rhythm, and control (not heavy sparring)
Tuesday –
Team Striking & Situational Sparring
$6:00–7:00 PM — Team-Led Striking (All Levels) Team rotations focusing on combinations, timing, and partner drills
4:00–5:45 PM — Competition Drilling / Technical Flow / Open Mat
Focus: Intense shadowboxing (cutting angles, clean form, focused), stationary bike, bag work, defensive movement, kettlebell lifting, bench press
$6:00–7:00 PM — Team-Led Striking (All Levels) Team rotations focusing on combinations, timing, and partner drills
7:00–8:30 PM — Situational Sparring / Fight IQ / Open Mat
Smart sparring, situational striking (wall control, exits, clinch), open rounds
Wednesday –
Submission & MMA Wrestling
4:00–5:30 PM — Competition Drilling / Wrestling Flow
Focus: Neck stretching, stance in motion (shadow grappling), shot entries, wall wrestling, positional flow, position breakdowns, light weight lifting
5:30–7:00 PM — Submission & MMA Wrestling w/ Coach J.C.
Wrestling for MMA, takedown chains, ground control, live integration
7:00–8:30 PM — Ground Transitions / Live Rounds / Open Mat
Top control, submissions, scrambles, situational sparring, live rounds
Thursday –
Boxing & Technical Sparring
4:00–5:30 PM — Competition Drilling / Reaction Rounds
Focus: Shadowboxing, stationary bike, treadmill, distance management, speed bag, double-end bag, light weight lifting, footwork drills, ladder and cone drills
5:30–7:00 PM — Team-Led Boxing
Fundamentals, combinations, mitt work, partner drills
7:00–8:30 PM — Controlled Sparring / Open Mat
Focus: Smart sparring, scenario-based rounds, position breakdowns, bag work, weightlifting and cardio flow work
Focus: Striking → takedown → ground transitions. Full fight flow and intensity buildup; integrate all elements of MMA
Friday – Full MMA Integration & Fight Simulation
4:00–6:15 PM — Competition Drilling / Fight Camp
Focus: Striking → takedown → ground transitions. Full fight flow and intensity buildup; integrate all elements of MMA
6:15–7:15 PM — MMA (All Levels)
Blending striking, wrestling, submissions, and situational drills
7:15–8:30 PM — Team Recovery / Tactical Review
Stretching, ice therapy, mobility, group film study, fight strategy discussion
